Export

Once the files have been imported, converted, deblanked, assigned document ID's, and quality checked, it's time to export. Export Options Include: Destination Path Format(Concordance, Summation, CSV, RingTail, Introspec IDX) Metadata fields indluded Output Directory Structure Image File Type (TIFF, PFD) Single or multiple pages per a file Output Naming Sceme Exported load files can be loaded and processed by Case Management systems before production to the other parties in the lawsuit.
